I went out garage sale hunting for a snuff box, yeah, good luck. I had it. I found one with a bunch of these lil one ounce flasks with nascar numbers on them. for 50 cents no less. Yes, I picked up quite a few of them. why not. perfect for carrying in my pocket without spilling my precious tobacco. I had a tin recently open and I salvaged MOST OF IT…6 photo super kailash…I almost cried. never been a nascar person, but who cares for fifty pennies? not me…look around see if you can get one at one of those cheapo flea mkt shops…

Yeah, I spent $5 for 11 of em, now i have one hanging on my key chain, one in my pocket, one in the van and several stashed about the house. They are a bugger to fill though. I found the best way is to use a whittled down pop sickle stick and shovel the snuff in there. I use a rose bush branch that I cut at an angle and it works great as a snuff spoon. the “pith” if that is the word for it, (center of branch) you can use a nail to scrape out, this makes a great natural spoon. Around here in the midwest we gotta be careful what we use. ANYTHING is considered “paraphanalia” even zig zag wheat straw papers for you RYO ciggies. yet they sell those damn glass pipes for “tobacco use only” Uh huh…but a ‘coke spoon’ will get you arrested. So i gotta improvise. tobacco is still legal, but you gotta use your noggin in Missouri. Unless you want to see a judge.

yeah legal anything can be paraphanalia. So if you do anything illegal don’t pet your cat or dog because they might be considered paraphanalia.

Nothin like that going on, I prefer my kicks in glass bottles…preferably with some OOOOMPH to it. I used to microfilm court records before retiring. Filmed literally thousands of court case records of folks in Platte Co Missouri going to prison for a ROACH…no thanks…I dont want BUBBA to be my jailhouse buddy. not my cup o’ tea.

Jeez that seems a bit excessive. I mean seriously insects are a pest but jail. (that’s my emoticon for yeah I’am pretending to be stupid again).

No it isnt a joke, but I did film probably at least 25 or more guys going to prison for an itty bitty bit, like 2 grams of the stuff. they even put guys in prison here for harvesting it along the road. If going thru missouri, be very very very very very very careful driving thru Platte county and platte city in particular…speed trap and a nasty place to visit. I live north of there in St joseph.

That’s a bloody bargain @greybeard. The “paraphenalia”  situation seems ridiculous. I’m glad I’m in northern England, where snuff is known and fairly common.

I hate to say it. But I wouldn’t be suprised to find out they’re planting roaches. I don’t think it’s political to say that something shady is going on there and to give the heads up to drive around that town no matter what cause…

In MN a small amount in your car (maybe 4 g’s or so) = a larger amount (40 something grams) on one’s person as far as how much legal trouble one can get in. These numbers are the rough borderline to compare the difference between what constitues a civil offence like a speeding titcket, vs what is considered a criminal offence. Sounds way harsher in Missouri. I’m trying to be mindful with what I say here as I think once I got too political on this site.

yeah it’s not a good idea to make prison profitable. Leaves a lot of room for abuses.

still using my find,u gotta be careful dumping them on the back of your hand…enough for 20 snuffers…so I gotta get in the habit of using something to scoop a teeny weeny amt out…I did find that the top to a cheap ink pen works really well, the type that fits on the top with a appendage for hanging onto your pocket…VOILA…legal snuff spoon…great…now I dont have to sweat the cops situation…maybe a bit paranoid but when you look like I do…gotta be careful…grandpa can use snuff and everyone giggles…biker looking guy whiffs off his hand…WHAT IS THAT HE IS USING? \\
