If you are money conscience, a discovered simple micro-fibre cloths work amazing. They can be found anywhere, are very soft on the nose and very absorbent. They clean up real easy too and take quite a lot of abuse. I have been using the same ones for car related tasks for years. Tried a clean one for my day-to-day and really liked it, picked up a bunch more for snuff. Something to consider if you want to save a couple bucks but still have a quality handkerchief. Just thought I would share!
@ Filledwith_anger COOL DEAL… I will go bogart some from my brothers auto shop and save even more…lol

Do it! Every dollar saved is another dollar you can buy snuff with I just picked up a pack of 8 i think on sale for 5$. Can’t complain about that at all
Terrific idea. I use these for led, lcd device screens with a bit of a glass cleaner (not recommend as these contain ammonia and alcohol which could degrade your screen) or one with a bit of soapy water and one with clean water and one to dry with. BUT wash them first. they are made from petrochemicals and have an oily residue which may be good for your nose but really makes a mess of your screens. Just ordered some 22x22 inch bandanas at a great price. all cotton and american made.
@basement_shaman Sham-wow would work TOO well. Pull all the moisture right out of your nose lol. Also you probably want to get a dark colour, that light colour would be turned brown in no time.
WOW@Scamwow…n how… @basement_shaman… Thinking of snuff throughout watching that video was hilarious…THANKS…Lol…maybe cause I got little sleep… If any?
I’ve found that most art supply stores carry a good selection of affordable hankies, and designs that you don’t find at big Wal- type discount stores. Also assortments of jars for “preserves”.
Plain bandana type hankys work just fine for me as well. I hand wash mine and use alot of scent free, allergen free fabric softener. Makes them nice and soft. I love kleenex tissue with lotion though, serious luxury but oh so nice on the ol’ snoot.
Old shirts, tissue, paper towels, wrench rags. Or the farmhouse freehand, plug one nostril and clear the other, towards the earth and away from ones self, make sure you check your surroundings as this applies no manners. Then tidy up, this saves space on the hanky during those puppy dog days. :O)
LOL, I bring sham-wows with me when I travel…I don’t find the small hotel towels to work well at all. never thought about using one on my nose. Great idea though on microfiber cloths.
I use a piece of Shamwow to Hydrate snuff, I cut a strip about 1" wide make a loose coil in an old 1 cup measure. I soak the Sham, ring it out and coil it in the cup put the cup in a small Tupperware with the snuff overnight usually does it. I’ve had this setup from my RYO days, brought it back into service for snuff best use of a Shamwow I’ve found. Actually my son and I bought them as backpacking towels, they worked pretty well for that.
Michael arts and crafts had super big 100% cotton bandanas for 1.99 I was in there getting more glass bottles … Figured lemme pick up a couple
Just wipe your nose on your forearms and rub it in ,gives you that- just got back from the caribbean look :^o
Wet and dry vacuum cleaner :-"
I recomend the shirts of strangers. No clean up and a good way to get back into jogging.
