Well, I live in America, so snuff is pretty hard to come by, even the American brands. I was at a mall I’ve never visited before, and they had a tobacco stand in the middle of the walkway. Usual products… various cigars, Hookah and pipe accessories, dip ETC. So quite to my surprise, upon further inspection, they had snuff products slipped in right next to the dip! Not much of a variety, all of it was Poschl’s, but it was a very exciting moment! They had the Gawith Apricot, Packard’s Club, Gletscherprise, and Raspberry. I purchased a tin of Gletscherprise with a large smile on my face, telling the cashier that this was the first I’ve seen of snuff in America. Walking away I took a few pinches, amazed at my discovery. Made my day. ~Snuffy
There was a local store, literally 2 minutes away from my house, that I went to every single day for a cheesesteak and an energy drink. It was something of a small food store, with a very extensive tobacco selection. From cigars to pipe tobacco, they had all sorts of different varieties out in the open, where they could be further examined. They also had a selection of American snuff, cases and such of it, just sitting out. This was a while before I even knew what snuff was. By the time I began snuffing, they had run out of business. The store is still fully intact, with all that snuff just sitting there. They have yet to resell it. I expect it to open again soon, as it has changed hands 2 or 3 times since I’ve lived here, and remained the same store. Just my luck.

Here in the south the American snuffs are sold in almost every grocery store I have stepped foot in. Now finding anything from Europe is quite a different story.
Leather chairs, red carpeting and a fireplace would be the perfect snuff “parlor”. You could call it “The Powder Lounge”, though, powder would scream substance abuse. HA. I’m thinking of adventuring into the world of snuff making. There are Amish farms aplenty out my way, and all of them grow tobacco that I’m sure doesn’t cost all that much. I have a list of flavours I’m going to attempt as well, including, but not limited to: Green Tea Burnt Cinnamon Black Coffee Buttered Toast Cupcake and a few others. Would be pretty neat to get that started… ~Snuffy
“buttered toast”… hmm… something hayish (virginia…?) plus something toasted might work…?
