I’m considering a move up into the Seattle area. I know that Washington State has tried to impose a law prohibiting the importation via US mail of any tobacco products. Some companies, like smokingpipes.com, realize that a state cannot institute a federal prohibition, and ignore it. Many companies, however, have stopped shipping tobacco to WA. What about snuff? What’s the status of packages from Mr. Snuff coming into WA? Has anyone had problems getting their order?

I’ve been concerned about this since I’ve first tried snuff. I still get many packages from mr. snuff because that’s the one I know that gets here. There might be others but I found that mr. snuff is perfect in my eyes. I know this is an old thread but I thought I may comment anyway

Howdy from Tacoma Wa. I haven’t had a problem yet ! Plus the Tinder Box has a huge selection here in Tacoma But no American Snuff ! Strange no ?

No issues in Bothell either. Packages from Mr. Snuff, Toque, and McChrystal’s have arrived a-ok!

Hey guys! New to the group here but I saw this thread for Washington snuffers so figured I would give a shout out. I’m in Puyallup. One question though, how long did your Mr. Snuff order take to arrive? The only snuff I can find in puyallup is Garrett Scotch and man I would really want some diversity. Any local shops in the 253 would be great to know. Thank you guys! Enjoying the group so far.
Howdy sir. Maybe I’m lucky, but everyone I’ve ordered from has taken 7-10 days so far. Mr. Snuff, Toque, Poschlusa, McChrystals, and Wilson’s of Sharrow all arrived without issue.
Domestically I’ve only ordered from Old Mill which arrived quickly.
As far as retail, the only place I’ve found with a selection is Tinder Box in Tacoma. Other than that, the occasional cigar shop will have a few heinously dry Silver Dollar kinds.

In Everett there isn’t any shop that I know of that carries snuff, no matter if it’s an american scotch or silver dollar. By any chance @Bronco where did you happen to find Garrett Scotch?

I got it at an Indian smoke shop in Tacoma called Thunderbird. That’s the only kind they have there. I remember a few years ago so many more places had it. Kinda sucks. How long did your Mr snuff order take to get to you? Cause I really want some variety after nothing but scotch for months!
@Bronco253 Check out Tinder Box in Tacoma. They had a handful of Poschl/Ozona and a couple others when I was there in December.

From the looks of their web page I don’t think so. No snuff even listed on there. Im headed there around six, after work tomorrow. I will ask them…
Jeff at Tinder Box will mail snuff within state. You can chat with the clerk over the phone to see what’s in stock. I drove down once from Bothell to meet them, nice shop they’ve got there.
Really nice shop. Nice people. The clerk said I would have to chat with Jeff for mail orders. I stocked up on some Gawith apricot and Gletscher Prise today. My two favorite poschls. Will defiantly be going back by there when I go to bass pro
