I’m pretty sure a lot of the members will remember Fats singing: “I found my thrill on Blueberry Hill, on Blueberry Hill where I found you, The moon stood still, on Blueberry Hill, and lingered there till, my dreams came true”." Well, I found my thrill in a tin of Blueberry Snuff. Roderick supplied me with some of this snuff in June last year. I did not like it at all and mixed it with some other snuff, straight away. I decided to give it another go and ordered some which was delivered today. I love it!!! Just shows again; always give a snuff a fair chance to proof it self.
This happens to me too with Toque, i got the champagne at christmas and was a little underwhelmed tried it again tonight and love it. Damn thing is i just placed another order about an hour before i tried it wish i’d bought 25gs of it now. Still i guess thats half the fun different snuff for different moods.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TOQUE BLUEBERRY!!! lol sorry maybe a little overenthusiastic… but i do like it though… … alot 
can’t wait to try that one. I love how I still haven’t scratched the surface of the snuff world. And as my technique gets better I really want to retry some snuffs I didn’t like as much (maybe O.G. or some of the dean swifts)
I feel like that and I’ve been snuffing since I was 14.
I broke out my old tin of blueberry after I read this, it’s one I didn’t care for much at first but thought to retry. Turns out it was fairly dry, guess the tins aren’t great for long term storage once opened. It’s surprising how flavorless moist snuffs become when dry, after rehydration it’s fine again, and a tasty snuff. Not too sweet but has an accurate blueberry flavor. Wonder why moist snuffs lose flavor when dry but dry snuffs obviously have flavor when dry. Maybe a stupid observation, but I wonder if dry vs moist snuffs use bases with different solubility, like water vs oil? Not that I expect an answer, but it is curious and I’ve noticed it with other snuffs too.
