Fantastic customer service

I just want to take a moment my appreciation for the good folks at Mr. Snuff. Orders have always arrived intact and in a timely manner. With my most recent order, however, the wrong product was shipped by accident. I emailed customer service. Within a few hours, Kay responded to my email and resolved the situation in a very generous manner.

Color me impressed, especially by a relatively small company that operates over great distances.

I will admit, things have made an immediate improvement since the new management took over - but no matter how many times I correct it, Google Mail insists on sending the customer support emails to spam.
So please keep an eye on your spam folders, if people are hoping/waiting on a response from Mr S!
