Is it me or does the F&T snuffs have an Assy,Peaty,Gym Socks note? But… I kinda like it lol Don’t get me wrong all the F&T’s have great aromas but there’s just a small touch of ass and socks.

I’m new to Santo Domingo, and that definitely has some funk to it, but yes, in a good way.  It’s quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

I’ve generally found Samuel Gawith to have more of those characteristics than F&T.

I’ve heard the saying “This tastes like ass”, which I think came from an episode of South Park.  Personally, I’m not all that familiar with the smell or taste of ass, and have no plans to remedy that situation in the future.  So I will have to enlist the help of my dogs, both of them seem to have a high level of expertise at ass sniffing.  I’m not sure if it will help with an evaluation of F&T snuffs, the only one I can stand is HDT.

I have found that cutting F&T perfume bombs 10:1 with plain tobacco snuff makes them almost tolerable, but not quite enjoyable, and I don’t want to waste any more good plain snuff trying to find the magic formula.

Having mucked out my share of stalls and barnyards, I am familiar with that scent, which is akin to composted grass in my nose, and not at all unpleasant, once the ammonia has dissipated into the ozone.  There are several snuffs in my rotation that reflect this scent in a most pleasant way; Gekachelter Virginie, Sternecker, GH Kendal Brown and a few others. I can find that scent in Black Rappee, London Brown, Scotch Black and a few others, just not as prominent (in my nose) as the others.

For now, if I want the smell of nasty, I’ll air out a big chunk of Maytag Bleu Cheese on the counter and watch my dear sweet wife gag just a little bit

BTW sarsaparilla is great Chef ! You make all of your snuffs perfect I have never gotten any of your snuffs that were low on my rating scale. ALL that I have purchased are great. Will get more soon. I’m trying to build a huge stockpile of various snuffs,yours are #1
