hi everyone, just recently ive been taking my box of ozona president to work, i drive a truck, i find that when ive had a nice sniff of it before i stop the truck and do a delivery, it seems to help by making me feel slightly energetic, does anyone else use snuff for this reason, i was thinking of ordering some AKUZ but it seems to be difficult to get hold of any at the moment.

I would rather use some Rockit energy snuff, it seems to me, to be stronger than Akuz snuff. I like to use the energy snuff when I want to take a break from tobacco snuff.

Wilson’s of Sharrow also has an energy snuff called “Sunset” and I think theres another called “White”. Not sure if they’re any good though.

Mr Snuff seems to be stocked up on Akuz if your looking for it.

Wilson’s White is not an energy snuff. Its just menthol/sugar. They have a Lemon Ice that I think is similar to the Sunset. The two Rockit Fuels are probably similar to the Sunset & Lemon Ice.

Regarding another aspect of the OP’s question, I often use snuff for its stimulating properties. Regular snuff does this quite well for me, I have yet to try any of the non-tobacco energy snuffs (I’m suspicious of them, anyway).

I was right after using that Wilson’s White Snuff during a night of heavy drinking that started all my sinus/snuff issues, it had me totally stopped up for a couple of days, and I haven’t been 100% since.

definatly want to try these out since they are caffine based (gurana). Always curious about nasal caffine.

I have tried only two non-tobacco snuffs: Wilson’s Ice Lemon and Bernard’s Edelweiss. I don’t like the Wilson’s one, it seems to be very rough when it drips to throat and for the lemon flavour I preffer their Lemon Grove. Edelweiss is completely on the other side for me. It’s very refreshing and doesn’t clog me up. I use it sometimes when I want something different than traditional snuff. Oh, I also tried Poeschl’s Ozona Snuffy but it was just one ocassional sniff and I don’t remember if it amazed me in any way.

I tried the Rockit Energy snuff (lemon, I think), which contains guarana. I didn’t notice any energy boost at all. The flavor isn’t that impressive to me either - kind of a tang/coolaid and menthol, short-lived, and it made my nose run a lot. It doesn’t contain sugar, so I am not sure what irritated my nasal passages. Just my personal experience - obviously YMMV.

I just add a bit of pharmaceutical grade caffeine to my snuff when I want some energy snuff. I don’t add it straight to the tin of snuff, I just put some on top of the snuff when I take it. Be warned though, it tastes horrible.
