Find one of your favourite snuffs has a nasty habit of hittin’ the back of your throat and makin’ y’all cough? The boys from Sharrow let me into a secret… take a sniff from the back of your hand with these babies. Imagine, it’s the same as adding an ice-cube or a little water to your favourite Scotch. The added air acheived through a ‘back hander’ will bring some of your snuffs alive. It works.

I’ve only been doing the pinch, I’ll try that once I get some new toasts in… My mr snuff order is en route. I wonder if it would be the same effect with garrett. Thanks for the tip’!

Back-of-hand has the opposite effect for me with fine and dry snuffs. I find the pinch controls the release much better and the snuff goes where I want it, but I still have to close my throat off to stop any stray particles. Now, schmalzler, that’s a different story. A big pile on the back of my hand and I can just relax and sniff as hard as I want. @ henwrench: Are you saying you shared a drink and a snuff with the Sharrow employees on their off hours? That’s a pretty awesome thing. I envy you.
