Driest snuffs out there

Returning snuffer, picked up the bad habit of smoking again for a while (thanks Army). Getting back into snuffing as the smell of an ashtray is annoying me and my family. I dug back into my stash and found some familiar favorites like Toque Natural Toast and Whiskey & Honey. I really prefer the drier and finer snuffs. What are some other snuffs I should try that are on the fine and dry side?

WoS Irish 22. Dry and pleasant

I think as a rule these categories will qualify.
Toasts
Indian white snuffs
American scotch snuffs

And yeah. At some point I’ve been into tobacco just about any way people do it, and I don’t remember anyone ever being bothered or offended by snuff. Back when I worked in an office, I take snuff at my desk all day long, and no one ever seemed to notice or care enough to say anything. Good choice.

I have not tried the Indian white snuffs yet. I did manage to get my hands on a tin of Levi Garrett sweet and scotch before. Great stuff! Very disappointed I can’t seem to find it anywhere nowadays.

I’m assuming unflavored as well?

Dholakia white, but I have not seen this being sold for some time now.

If you want it dry, don’t order HDT in bulk - it comes out of the mill rather moist. Here’s a photo by some redditor u/Blergss: https://preview.redd.it/ktr434d4bwrb1.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=933caebd0c504848f05495f4a04473f960702cb7

P. S. I had some equally moist tins of Irish No.22 myself.

My vote is for any of the Whites. White Elephant, Afghan, or my new favorite, White Horse and White Horse Gull. Not much moisture in any of them. I use them pretty much all day, every day, with the occasional hit of other snuff for a bit of variety. I am very fond of a mix of White Horse and White Horse Gull.

For me, 41 Photo White Elephant is the king of white snuffs. And probably the driest snuff I’ve encountered.

I like a nice toast. Any quality toast will suffice although my top notch is Lundy Foote to my palate. Something about the essence. If you can find dholakia white the sea mist scent is nice.

I’m either into the driers snuffs… and seeking for more of these kind.

The driest and finest grind ones I’ve tried and liked are:

SNUV Charlie: so dry and fine that I had to mix with a little of Chocolicious to avoid it going directly to my throat.

SNUV Genuine: dry, fine but useable without mixing.

I think all those American Snuff Co. - owned American snuffs are being discontinued. At least that’s what I read somewhere…and I can’t find them anywhere so I believe it. Even tho snuff is hard to find in stores, you’d be able to find one or two in pipe tobacco shops or places like that. But after passage of the PACT act, not anymore.
