Did not get confirmation of order

Firstly, I must say that some of this may be due to a mistake I made, I might have put my phone number where it is better to put ones email, I don’t know.

I made and order last night with Mr Snuff UK (I am in Australia) and when I had finished making payment a few odd things happened. Firstly after I went through the payment processor which confirmed my payment, I don’t think I was then take to the page on Mr Snuff showing the order I had just made.

Then I checked my email, and the automatic confirmation email Mr Snuff always sends through was not there (still is not there). I then checked my bank account to make absolutely certain my order went through and the money had indeed gone through. Yet 10 minutes later, there was no sign of this payment in my bank account! I was further surprised when, after another 10 minutes, the payment reappeared in my bank account.

I emailed customer service for Mr Snuff, but have not heard back from them.

Is there currently a problem with Mr Snuff UK’s ordering setup? Why was I not taken to the order summary page after completing payment? Why did I not get a confirmation email of my order?

I always have my items sent with tracking, very important at the moment in Australia as we enter the hotter months here, I don’t like my orders left in the sun in our letter box for too long.

Anyone else having issues?

Anything in your MrS account, a cancelled/failed order in purchase history?

Hi Clem,

I haven’t set up an account with Mr Snuff, though buy often from them. Yes, I did have an order go wrong, so I started another.

Check mr.snuff.com & see under order status. You should have everything there regardless of mail. Skål :+1:t2:

Thanks, good idea, however I had never made an account with them. Just before making this reply to you I went and created one, but it’s too late for any previous orders. I will just have to wait for them to reply to my numerous emails.

Hang on, just went back there and can see my orders. Here’s an interesting thing, the particular order for which I got no confirmation for, is not listed, yet they took the money out of my account!
