So I read a lot about this snuff. I hear it was strong. Super strong, one of the strongest out there. So I order a box. I get it giddy as a schoolboy with his first pack of smokes. I open the box, take a test whiff. It smells different but not too bad. So I pour out a nice big pile on my hand hoping for a huge nic rush. It is in fact white, hence the name. I lower my nose, sniff, taking in the massive pile all at once. All I have to say is…yes, it is strong. I won’t ruin the surprise for anyone else.

Let me guess………………… that was sometime last week and you are just now regaining consciousness and the use of major motor skills. A big pile!?..oh baby!!!

Got the same here… the Dholakia White for the first time. It blew my head away !!! But i like the taste and the strong kick very much… more practice needed

This thread make me take two good pinches of white last night. I then laid down and went to sleep. Its good stuff. if anyone is having a hard time with this stuff…inflate your lungs all the way, then sniff it. Works well with fine snuffs, but seems necessary for Dholakia White.

I always have trouble taking this snuff as it is so fine. I tried the method of filling the lungs before sniffing it just now and managed pretty well. Very strong stuff, just kicked my butt.

the only way I’ve been able to sniff this (as I have trouble sniffing less infamous snuffs, too) is by dipping my finger in the snuff and shoving the finger up my nostril and just kind of rubbing it around. Earlier today I leaned in to smell my Dholakia White to see if the ammonia had faded yet and it made me cough!

It smells of death or some kind of debased once living lower life form made through tobacco eating monkeys by collecting when thrown from their miserably rusty tins at your face as you are walking by.

I would like to try Dholakia White sometime when I get paid next I just might have to order me some.

@Juxtaposer. I believe it was mentioned in another thread that the smell is likened to that of female genetial. I find myself being drawn to the DWhite [gee I wonder why] and it has become my go to snuff. Before that, my go to snuff was cheeze and bacon. I little tip to using the DWhite. Take a small pinch gently in each nostril, wait about 10 seconds and then take a really decent hit in each nostril. If done in that fashion the larger hits are alot easier to take. Once you get enough in place you can really taste the sweetness altho very subtle. Its also great for mixing with most all of the toque snuffs. I love this snuff. …see…upon occasion I do choose my words wisely.

PP, have you tried a blend of C&B and DWhite yet? That should really give you something to think about

Oh yes!! Its quite alluring with the C&B. It also mixes well with the spamish gem, chocolate, vanilla, etc. But they aren’t quite as…stimulating.

My mistake gents! I’ll know better not to tease the primates with tobacco on my next zoo visit. Apparently they nab cigs every now and again so they can be a little cranky at times. I used visualization techniques using PP’s description…much better now.

I don’t have any problems with taking Dholakia White. It can hit my throat occasionally when sniffing too big piles too strong, but I don’t mind, I love it anyway. One evening I let it try to my friend who has never taken any snuff before, he loved it as well and I don’t think he was gentle when taking it.

And I have too add that this stuff is truly addictive. I’m sitting right now with it taking two big piles every 2-3 minutes for more than an hour. Luckily I’ll be in Poland soon to restock on it.

@PP- smells like female genitalia??? All I smell is dried bird poop!..and I’ve owned quite a few birds to know that smell! Yuck! but I will say it mixes well with other snuffs.

I’m sorry but I just don’t get this snuff. It burns like hell and reeks of asofetida which is not an easy scent to get rid of. In india they say the only way to get the smell of asofetida out of the pot is by breaking the pot. I can’t even tell if there’s nicotine in it because my nasal passage is having such a violent reaction there too many endorphines rushing around. Might as well be sniffing pepper.

I was scared of this one for a while, but I do love it now. Nothing else gives the slap in the face that this one does. I agree, it mixes very well too.

I am quite new to snuffing (perhaps almost a month now) and Dholakia White was one of the first snuffs I ever got. Luckily I read up on how I should apply it before I tried and I loved it right from the start!

When I first got this magical white powder, I thought my measly little 4g tap box would last me half a year or more. But boy was I wrong, I soon ended up buying 50 grams and I’m loving it every day. If you really want a lethal mix try dholakia white, rooster and bruton’s. I’m pretty sure they morph into some new 10x stronger nicotine alkaloid! Not for the faint at heart!

I had my rocket loaded with DW the other day and while co-workers and I took a short coffee and smoke break I pulled out my rocket and took a gentle “genital” snort. Curiosity overcome the room full of Texas Cowboys, most of them with their mouths full of Levi and Copenhagen. “Whats that you got there partner?” One of them asked, (I knew I was in for some kind of fun now…) "Ah nothing you can handle cowboy, just some nasal snuff from over the pond somewhere. “Give me some and I’ll show you how I handle it!” “OK” I said. I’ll even load it for you. So after tapping it about 15 times on the table top I handed him the heavily packed rocket. “How you do this thang” he said. “Well put this part in one nostril while you hold the other nostril shut and suck like there’s no tomorrow.” Well needless to say he did what I told him to do. His eyes rolled back in his head, he lost his breath and started coughing and spit his Copenhagen in the trash can and then filled the trash can up with stomach debris. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life…except when Bush shot Chaney!

I will someday get brave enough to try this. Someday.

OK so I stand corrected. I decided to give it one last try. This time I used small pinches and it was good. The tobacco scent was nice and strong. My nose didn’t burn, it is starting to clog however. Quite a surprise from my last experience. It’s starting to grow on me.

On “Shipment receiving” days, when I receive many varieties of snuff, I use small pinches DW between taste test, it seems to clear the nasal passages for me.

Exactly crankbait! It is perfect for clearing nasal passages and acts almost like ginger that you eat in between different slices of sushi to help clear your palate so that you can detect more nuances of flavour.

He’s still alive but very cautious. I give him a little F&T High Dry toast to calm him down.

Sam G’s Irish D Original is milled to approximately the same fineness as DW. Hits almost as hard too.

I’ve got about 200 grams of the stuff left, its so fine I only need small pinchs. I’ve created a mix I call Supernove, 1 part DW, 1 part Hedges, the strongest nicotine combined with the strongest menthol, and in this summer weather it is just beautiful. The trouble is I ran out and have so much other snuff to do I’m not interested in buying any more hedges…yet. When I first tried it though. I felt like I’d been hit by a bolt of lightning, it was glorious.

I never bothered trying to mix this one, tho I’m sure it would spike almost anything. By far the strongest nicotine laden powder I’ve ever put in my nose.

Cowboy definitions of what DW “smells like”…Smells like a pig pin in July…Smells like my bucket of dead fishing worms…smells like my mother-in-laws underwear (this guy must be from Brokeback Mountain)…smells like your Copenhagen cuspidor…smells like your mother!..SMELL LIKE YOUR MOTHER!!!..so we all ended up in a fight over what DW smells like!

I never detected any outstanding odor with DW. In fact, I was inlcined to take it in such small doses that I never had a chance to form an opinion of it’s aroma. I did, however, really enjoy the chocoalte like taste of Dholakia Black.

If I do a 1/10 the size DW in front of DB it seem to really enhance the DB.

I’ve just ordered a few Dholakia snuffs…the white, black and Swiss choc. I’m not sure what I’m letting myself in for as I still find tiny pinches of Wilsons Best Sp pretty hard to take. Also ordered (among others) some Taxi Red. This should be interesting.

Indeed it should!!! Be very careful. Ever see that Cheech and Chong movie where the chick snorts a giant line of Ajax? Kinda like that only you need just a small amount of white to achieve the same effect!

He’s not joking. After years of using oral and nasal snuff I still get my head blown off using Dholakia White.
