Dholakia Snuff Sample

http://www.snuff.co.in/free_sample_enquiry.htmlFound this while hunting for samples.

If you email poschl, they will send you a generous sample right away. They sent me 3 awesome tins for $0! Quick too.

Yeah, I asked Poschl a question and they sent me a bunch of snuffs without me even asking. It was nice of them.

Thanks I just sent them an e-mail.

I sent Dholakia an email 7 months ago and never received a response.

Likewise; I think I requested a sample of Manjul and never did see it…

@NJE03 & James: Namrata is a member here … you could try asking her what happened. I got a very generous sample package from them a couple years back.

I’ve asked them twice. The first time they told me that they were getting too many requests to handle. Second time I didn’t get any answer at all. If they can’t handle the requests, why do they keep the “For Products Sample Click Here” link on their page?

Problem is, there are websites that target stuff like this. So then a shitload of people ask for free stuff, then the vendor becomes jaded to free samples. Just like everything else, those who abuse the system are the ones who ruin it for others. There are a few recent threads that are perfect examples of this.

Snuff is cheap, just buy some.

I second that.

@cstokes4 If it was a problem I’m sure they wold remove the offer. No one is taking advantage. A simple google search reveals the companys offer.

I requested Dholakia samples three times and never received any or a reply. For a long time I wouldn’t buy their products on the principle that they shouldn’t offer if they didn’t mean it, but lately have bought a few of their snuffs. I have bought far more from companies that have not offered samples simply because they were being honest with me. I know others have had a different experience and the Dholakia snuffs are high quality and worth buying. I just don’t understand their reasoning.

Cstokes is right; they probably got swamped. My samples came from an offer here a few years back and though it took a bit, I got a HUGE package, including a bullet. I later ordered my faves from N.R. Dholakia makes great snuff; Swiss Choc. and Sparrow Cool are excellent (and I am NOT a menthol fan) and the funky, soapy, sandalwood ones in the satchet are fun for a change. And like Tom says, it’s cheap! Feel free to grab some on your next order. I have a tonne of snuff I bought on a whim that I don’t like (Sweet US scotches) and I’m a better man for it. We are lucky to have snuff producers like Namrata and Roderick who really care about their customers, so don’t let the (lack of) free samples hold you back. And if you want to talk disappointment, I signed up for a Spanish Jewel shipment back when macaple was still here that never came through. It would have been the best hundred bucks I ever spent. I’m glad to be back here again, and look forward to meeting some of you newer chaps!

@rdunnion: People have taken advantage. There is a detailed explaination in a thread. I’m sure a search would turn it up.

Search Term: Sample

@cstokes4 OK I did see at least 1 example of abuse in those threads. I was under the impression you were referring to me and was offended. But I see your point now.

No, not you. Actually I wasn’t speaking of ANYONE on this forum.

I know that Dholakia offered free samples in the past and it hit a blog somewhere and within a week it went from about 4 requests a day to close to 1000. Hence it was stopped. It is not just the cost of the snuff and shipping, but the cost in time that it eats up I think.

Oh, I don’t mind buyin’ some, I just signed up for a free sample as a lark. If they got swamped by botware or what have you, that’s certainly no problem…
