I will have a busy night enjoying them all. This post has also another objective, and that is thanking Mrs Namrata for producing such finest products and sharing them with the snuff community that grows each day. So…THANK YOU MRS NAMRATA

Ricardo I have to agree whole heartedly Dholakia is certainly an illreplacable producer of snuff. Of all their snuffs I’ve tried only one is not well liked by me (and even that one I highly recomend and sometimes even buy mostly for it’s seductive powers [only kidding a little bit])
@holonmax: I am jealous. I have requested samples three times now, but they never come. I guess I don’t know the magic word.
I’ve said it before the ganga is one of my favorites of all snuffdom.

How come they’re sending samples to some people and not to some people? Or did you order several weeks ago when they still were sending out samples? I applied for samples on their page and got mail back saying they’re not sending out samples anymore. To sad, thou I understand their problem when thousands of people are requesting samples. I would easily pay for a sample pack that big. I’m really interested in Indian snuffs but I am not to happy paying >10USD just for shipping (I live in Sweden). Or is there a european store that sells all the Dholakia snuffs?
I started applying for samples some months back. after a couple of months I asked again. Then about a month ago I asked again. I never got an e-mail back or any samples. @ Murarn: Northerner in Sweden carries Dholakia. I ordered from them before. Also Snuffstore.de in Germany has a good selection last time I checked. They will probably ship to Sweden.
The Northerer in Sweden sells the Dholakia Indian line, in the sachetts.

@ Murarn We here in the U.S. also pay about $10 for shipping from domestic snuff retailers. Order a bunch of the 50 g tubs and spread the fixed costs over the largest purchase possible. Of Dohlakia’s line, I consider the White, Black, Sparrow, Sparrow Cool, Kamal, and Manjul to be indispensible, and well worth buying in at least the 50 g size.
I think I’m spoiled with shipment for 20-30SEK. I will soon order some Dholakia. 50g sounds a little bit too much, are these snuffs dry and will they last long? I think that 6 50g boxes will last me at least 1 year, especially white from what I’ve heard.
I’m not a heavyweight user, and with so many, I’d go with 25g tubs of each one, that would last me forever. I have a 50g of Sparrow Cool, and that will last me forever by itself. But shipping is 8 dollars here in the US. I always try and order about 7 or more, just to make me think it counters the shipping.
@ murarn The cool thing about the Dholakia 50 g size is that they come in screw top plastic jars, unlike the 25 g size which just has snap on lids. The Dholakia White in the 50 g jar should last forever since it is very dry.
I’m wondering about the diversity in tastes of different Dholakias. I had a tin of the Medicated, and it had a certain scent (apparently in the base tobacco) that made it not one of my favorites. However a got a sample of the non medicated Sparrow, and it lacked said scent. I can see buying more of that one, so I’m just wondering about the others. Any comments/ info appreciated!
