SG Celtic Talisman is a very great dessert snuff with vanilla and cherry.
I agree with @lunecat - his list is my list. For me, all those SWS snuffs require some preparation: I usually clean my nose before taking them, and take them while my nostrils are still wet. I wouldn’t usually have the time or patience to do that during the day while I’m working. They are an after dinner treat. In fact, I’m enjoying creme di figue as I type. But they aren’t particularly powerfully sweet. On the rare occasions I want something sweet, Toque Violet is pretty good. Spanish Gem also.

Abraxas St.Casura is a dessert snuff for me.
I enjoy quite a few. Mine being Toque toffee,Toque chocolate, Dholakia swiss chocolate, Zwiefacher, Cafe 11, WOS Chocolate Orange, and SG Elmos Reserve
My favorite dessert type snuff would be Molens Gingerbread.
I agree about Abraxas St. Casura, it’s kind of orangey. De Kralingse Molens Chococreme is delicious, a more authentic scent (to me) than the Dholakia. It ‘tastes’ like it’s got marshmallows in. The De Kralingse Chocolate one is also good.

Definitely WoS Royal George, it’s nice and spicy but also sweet. However there are many I haven’t tried yet, it’s not a style I reach for often.
I agree with many of those already mentioned, especially those by SWS and Abraxas. But no discussion of dessert snuffs would be complete without giving credit to some Dholakia snuffs aside from the usual Swiss Chocolate. Specifically these 3 beauties… Temptation Purple Passion Temptation Mango Cream FUBAR Shot of Rum AND don’t forget… Toque Pomegranate
My personal favorites so far are Cafe 11, Molens de Kralingse Gingerbread, Dholakia Swiss Chocolate, and Spanish Gem for after meal delights.
