New-ish to snuff.Just got some of this for the first time. Love the simplicity of it! Its like grinding up a cig! The 250 was all I could get,is the FCV 400 a finer grind? Are there any other snuffs one could suggest similar to this? Thanks

Yes, the 400 is finer. I just opened a nice box of it that came in the mail today. It’s just a natural snuff with no added flavorings. Something similar, though finer in grind is Wilson’s Natural. It’s similar in scent. Also, Toque Natural is similar. I think you might also try S. Gawith Blue Crest, but they might not make it any longer…

thanks for the reply. I loved the flavor of it but the 250 was clogging to me. my new daily right now is Strenecker Staubinger. also enjoying F&T HDT and GH Kendal Brown.In your opinion does the Wilsons or the Toque Natural have a stronger flavor ? 

The FCV 250 was the finer of the two snuffs (250 micron mesh as opposed to the larger 400). However, it’s all purely of academic interest since - unfortunately - due to new EU legislation, the manufacturer Molens has ceased all snuff production…
