Mr. Snuff’s Andrea is the patron saint of customer service. I recently wanted to order a single 50 gram tin of SWS Mull of Oa. I damned near had a cardiac event when the checkout indicated a shipping charge equal to 60% of the total. A quick email to Andrea and problem solved. Seems there was a bit of “decimal slip” in the software code that was fixed instantly. I was so pleased with her service I added three bags of Sternecker. Don’t wait until you have a problem with Mr Snuff’s outstanding site and service. Shoot Andrea a nice note just to wish her a nice day…just because.
Yes, Andrea is a true gem. She has never let me down and is kind, responsive, and generous. Mr. Snuff is lucky to have such a great person working with their customers.

I also have to chime in and say that Andrea provides the best customer service experience I have ever had. No matter what postal or technical or personal glitches occur she takes care of everything!
Everytime I’ve ordered from MrSnuff it’s been a smooth process… now… USPS on the other hand…
Since we are raising a toast to Mr.Snuffs customer service I will chime in and vigorously say the same- they are wonderful. In the age of companies placating you with “sincere apologies” Mr. Snuff stands out as genuine and customer focused.

BTW: you guys know about Andrea’s specials right? She has a snuffblog and every few days posts a deal. She is entirely in control and picks whatever she feels like picking to put on sale. Check it out and if you want her to put a particular snuff or item on sale drop her a note, say something nice, make your request and you never know! She may even give you credit for the suggestion. She tweets it as well on mrsnuff’s twitter account. Just saying.

I have only ordered from Mr Snuff 2 times, but each time there has been some problem and annoying, but Andrea has been a great help. 10% discounts are nice but id rather just buy my snuff and recieve it.
