I do plenty of research always have .I come across this ground Ivy Creeping Charlie. Someone told me mother nature supply’s the medicine we need to cure yourself. That is a little bit of who I am. Any how Cheeping Charlie has been used for thousands of years and one of those uses was a medical snuff. It’s ground leaves were snuffed to relieve congestion in the sinus or nasal cavities.  It has many other uses too, one was to clarify beer before the popular use of hops .
