I was making a pot of chili today and had been snuffing some burtons in between cooking tasks. I suddenly had a wild idea; using snuff as an additional flavor! Burtons has a smokey scent imho, and I sprinkled a smidge in (probably not enough to make a serious difference). It got me wondering though, has anyone else used snuff in their culinary endeavors?

yep. Doesnt taste as good as it smells.

I saw an article that suggested a tiny sprinkling on scrambled eggs. Very small amounts seem like a good idea.

Cooking with snuff?? Snuff IS food!

U

Definitely in moderation. Ingesting too much tobacco can damage your digestive tract.

Well I watched a cooking special one time where the chef throwing a dinner party sliced a cigar into coins and used the rubbed out ribbons in chocolate cookies. So I suppose its not that far fetched.

I don’t put custard on roast beef, I don’t pour beer on chips, and I don’t put snuff on food. Some things are best enjoyed seperately

I agree with  50ft_trad But if I wanted to know what a snuff tasted like I would just take a dip of it and find out , the Scotch’s aren’t bad at all, some better than others but that goes with just about everything. G’Day G’Day
