I know Camphor & Clove and Berwick Brown are two Toques that are a coarse grind. I was curious if anyone knew why this was the case with these two? Maybe @Roderick could chime in on it. Also, are there any other Toques that have this same grind? I really love the grind of these two, but don’t love the scents.

Coltsfoot also same. it has a licorice scent.

I wish there was a plain, dark Toque with that grind.

Berwick is my favorite Toque. The grind is great and the aroma excellent.

Really want to see more coarse Toques come out as part of the standard range. Have huge love for Berwick Brown and Camphor & Clove.

@Roderick I tried e-mailing you guys about this but never got a response. Hate to be a pest and it was only two days ago, but wanted to give you the heads up on here as well.

Just ordered 200g of the plain course Toque, glad to hear of this variant and can’t wait to give it a try.

I think C&C would be better with the Med. grind, I had to sift out the larger particles in my C&C.
