@chefdaniel Sorry about that. Try googling it, then selecting images, then going to the web pages that are hosting an image of what you want. Might kick something up that way. Also I would think some place like a local Staples or Office Depot would be able to order it for you direct from the maker Regardless, I hope you are able to find it
