Due to my location and the nature of my bank, i cannot order snuff from the Toque website.
And i also can’t get onto the mr.snuff site…when i attempt to get on it, it comes up with some website admin page that says ‘Banned’…
Probably just updating the website.
Well, where are you based? If it’s not some sort of error, than it would seem as if you’re being subjected to some sort of geographical IP ban, or more likely a filter of some sorts imposed on you by the local network admin or your ISP. I haven’t hear of Mr. Snuff setting up any filters for IP address ranges associated with particular areas, and doubt he would, so it’s probably something local. As for payment, why not just buy prepaid credit cards? You can get them all over the place, and there’s some members here that use them to place an order without any issue. You’ll have to provide some more info before we could really help you out.
I’m not able to pull up mrsnuff.com right now either but it has happened before so it’s not that big of a deal to me. I’ll just sit and twiddle my thumbs and sniff a bunch of HDT. hahaha

I called my bank and the reason i can’t order directly from the Toque website is because it is overseas and it was blocked to prevent fraudulent charges on my account. Now we have to go through a nice little process to allow my card to make overseas purchases.
Yeah, something seems to be amiss on the mr snuff site.
It’s really frustrating but most American banks block overseas purchases. 70% plus of our American sales get blocked first time. We do everything we can but if an american bank doesn’t want to play ball, they don’t. Sometimes the banks say they’ve lifted the block and they haven’t bothered to lift a finger. They say its because they are protecting their customers, protecting their money more like. Don’t worry though you’re not alone, UK banks are even worse!
@jamesqm18 dude seriously don’t waste your time with the bank. Buy a refillable visa card to use for snuff purchases specifically like @shikitohno was talking about.
or call them and tell them what order you are about to make down to the last detail. I know someone that had to do that and it really pissed them off untill someone actualy tried to steal their info and the bank blocked that.

Thank you for all the input =) I just made a small order from Mrsnuff…sampling a few new snuffs. And I plan on going to Walmart tomorrow to get a pre-loaded card for snuff purchases
Thats really a shame, those are probably the two best sites to order snuff from. If you are getting a disposable debit card I reccomend getting a TD gift card, where I am right now there is no fee on the card, 100 bucks gets you a 100 dollar card, not 110 bucks. Get a Visa if you get one, they are more widely accepted as far as I know.
From my understanding, the Walmart card is just a Visa Gift Debit Card that says Walmart on it so I assume it works the same…but ill ask when I go get it
It largely depends on where you buy it, as far as differences in price go. And Visa/Mastercard are pretty much accepted everywhere. I have yet to see a vendor who accepts one but not the other. By me, if you purchase the refillable gift cards at the store they charge a $5 activation fee, but if you buy it at your bank they don’t.
Edit: Sorry but that mentioned company will not do transactions for any tobacco products.
