I just got my tin of F&T Princes and noticed bulges on the outside of the tin, like little air bubbles when you hang paper, I also noticed some white/yellow flecks on the snuff inside. Does anyone know what these are or whyit’s happening.

It´s the same problem that happens to F&T Santo Domingo. It´s surely related to its high rate of moisture, being the two the moister and coarser of the F&T´s line. I suggest you to have a look on this thread.

Great just great so they are rusting the tins inside out, well both of them are getting binned.

They are aluminum tins, so it isn’t rust. I notice on some of older F&T tins that the white stuff seems to be from the inner lining of the lid. I used to try to pick it out, but don’t anymore. I usually blow my nose a few minutes later, so out it all goes. I’ve read all the stuff here about the tins and the white bits. I don’t worry about it. The only tin I’ve had that was rusted was a 25gm of WOS Brunswick. It was so rusted there almost a hole in the tin. That one I put in a glass jar.
