Big Ups to Andrea at Mr. Snuff!

So I’m still relatively new to this whole world of snuff, and just recently got my first Mr. Snuff order. I was SUPER happy when it showed up! Shipping time was a little slower than I’ve seen reflected in various posts here, but it got here nonetheless. Unfortunately when I ripped into the package with all the vigor of a child on Christmas morning, I found one of the snuffs I’d ordered wasn’t in the package. Not really a huge deal. On the 1-10 Bummer scale, I’d give my missing 10g box a 2. The place Mr. Snuff really shined for me though is once I shot them an e-mail just to let them know. Andrea replied within 5 minutes of my e-mail being sent, and she gave me a range of options to rectify the minor issue. A few days later I placed my second order, and Andrea was there again to make sure what she promised actually happened. In fact, in my order-placing excitement I neglected to make sure I had the correct shipping address for the new order. Within moments of placing the order, Andrea again came to my rescue and had the shipping address changed. It’ll be another week and a half or so until this order arrives, but I just wanted to give Mr. Snuff (and specifically Andrea) a tip o’ the hat for such OUTSTANDING customer service. To a new snuffer such as myself, shipping issues could deter from the entire snuff experience and turn them off to it. Not only did Andrea rectify a minor business issue, she gave me the faith that the snuffing community is indeed a great one to be a part of. Thank you Mr. Snuff, and thank you Andrea. Side note : My job is creating audio and video production for a group of Milwaukee radio stations. Should the powers that be over at Mr. Snuff ever require any audio/video production to further enhance their brand, consider it a passion project on my part. I don’t know that I’ve ever been more impressed by any company.

andrea is amazing. She helped me months ago with a bunch of questions and I recently had the same problem you did. There was a missing tin in my order and Andrea rectified it the next day

Wonderful customer support from Andrea at Mr. Snuff. I had a product inquiry not too long ago and Andrea was incredibly helpful. She went the extra mile for me and it is very much appreciated.

Andrea is awesome. She clearly has a heart for customer service. I think her boss does also B-)

There Monopoly on the American snuff market does not go to there head ^:)^ I pretty certain i have flubbed the Credit Card portion of my order more than once(technology being not my thing) and they always catch me when i goof.

David @MrSnuff , Andrea and Patrick have been better to me than many of my long term friends would have been ! They are all truely nice people who really care . I like em !

FOLLOWUP: Package showed up this afternoon… 6.5 days after hitting “submit order.” … and there was even a national holiday this last Monday. Straight up AWESOME!

I agree. Andrea has gone above and beyond what I normally would expect as well. I hope she decides to stay put.

I agree about their customer service, I have had a few minor problems but they have also been good to me.

same here! Andrea,Lara and David have always answered all my questions (and i ask too many :/) and even special order request are answered quickly and completely. I absolutely love Mr. Snuff and the entire staff! Cannot wait for my second order to get here
