The classic SP in every sense. WoS’s best selling product since the 1700’s, this wonderful SP will have graced the nostrils of some of the most prominent and world famous snuff takers in the great hey-day of the 18th century. Many historical snuffers swore by SP as the one and only snuff and it was sold in vast quantities across the social spectrum. Medium grind, moisture and nicotine, it is a mild yet satisfying snuff with the flavour of citrus and bergamot oils. This is the perfect all day, every day snuff and the single one that I could not do without. This is best bought in bulk straight from the factory and comes in 1lb or 1/2lb plastic cannisters - which are in themselves superb and will last for years if not a lifetime. There are many great SPs on the market - some as good as this - but there is only one Best. A snuffer without this in the cabinet is a mere dabbler.
I took the plunge and bought some…very impressed. Not overpowering at all, lingers well in the nose, I’m now a big fan. 
If you want to know what bergamot smells like, take Best SP. However, to me, it is not WOS’s best SP, Gold Label is.
