I bought an acrylic one i liked but i think it is for more stronger, illegal perhaps, stuff because it gives you such a miniscule doseage.

Exactly what I have been doing for a year, I never have a problem getting a good dose of the good stuff from Toque using the Toque bullet. Why waste your money? Buy from Toque.

I would recommend you buy a mini bullet from Toque with your favorite Toque variety to see if you even like bullets at first…that way it’s win win. If you don’t like the bullet you still have the snuff, and if you do like the bullet; but prefer a bigger one or different material, Toque’s bullets are refillable so you can continue to use it while you decide on, and order a new bullet. Just my .02!

I also really like the bullets from Toque. I bought a few other acrylic/glass ones and my Toque bullets are still the best. Plus, they come filled, yet still cost less than or the same as most do empty. For metal, I don’t know. I’ve been tempted to pick up a posh bullet because it has left-click for small dose and right-click for large dose. However, the snuff isn’t visible, and the price is near $20.

Bullets pre-date the snuff revival and are in fact drugs paraphanalia - the result is that they give a very small dose. If you are beyond the beginner stage you’ll need several hits to get a real pinch sized dose. The Posh bullets are very well made but both dose sizes are very small. The best I’ve found yet, and I’ve tried them all, are the Dholakia style bullets, very cheap and carry enough snuff for the day. As Rodercik says you can pare the platic bullets down to give a good sized dose. The Toque bullets are ok but very small. Apart from the convenience of taking snuff from a bullet I don’t rate them. However you use one you will get missed doses due to the snuff clumping and unless you use fine, dry snuff that becomes a major irritant. I also think they reduce the flavour impact due to the snuff being injected higher into the nose. But…some people swear by them so you really have to check them out yourself.

@snuffster I second you here on the statement that bullets tend to bring the snuff higher in the nose and so some of the taste disappears or rather, isnt detectable - but as with many things in life, it depends on individual taste. I had some bullets from Zuka with their energy snuff in it (i know, i know… sounds like a sin, eh) and i must say they worked perfectly fine for me - well, this bullets were empty rather fast
All down to personal taste as with all things to do with snuff
I use my snuff bullet simply as a means of transporting snuff. When I am ready I tap out a dose onto the back of my thumb-joint and proceed as normal.
