Best coffee?

S

Who makes the best coffee snuff? I’m probably going to order SG Black Coffee and Toque Espresso.

L

I’ve tried both of those, personally I prefer SG Black Coffee, its strong and has a really nice flavour. I created a similar thread a while ago, some good answers on there: Best Coffee snuff

S

Defiantly SG, It’s almost the same as G. Smith & Son’s Café Royale.

S

Thanks Lazarus and Snuff Head. Thanks for the link, Lazarus. Going over there to have a look now. Can you get the SG in a large size or only in the 10g tins?

S

@ Snuffbox, I think it is only available now in the 10g plastic dispensers. I could email Sam Gawith >> enquiries@samuelgawith.co.uk << to check this out.

S

Maybe Tim will chime in if he knows something. I was planning to order from him and Roderick. Do those 10g plastic containers have any sort of seal? Or should I only buy as much as I plan to use quickly?

O

I thought Tim at snuffstore had some bespoke coffee at one time. As much as I like all the bespoke I’m sure it would be a good one. I regret not getting some and I don’t see it on his site anymore

S

Yeah, that would be a sure bet as well. I didn’t see it either.

S

I think I’ll wait until I can buy a larger container of SG. I’m sure I’ll like it based on the comments here. Maybe Farley will do another SG group buy once the vaccum sealing is worked out.

B

Never tried the black coffee. I will say the toque esspreso I like more and more each day very subtle and complex. Plus it’s got a extremely clear back, mid, and front scent which I really do love entirly.

S

Thanks Bob.

S

I have to vote for Irish Coffee from QWS. It’s rich, smooth and very coffee. It’s fantastically good.

S

Who is QWS? Was that WoS? If so, people have said it’s sweet. What I’m really looking for are dark coffee tastes. I ordered the Toque Espresso today and if I can get a big container of SG I’ll go for that as well. Edit: Oh, Quit With Snuff. Interesting, haven’t heard anything about them, and didn’t realize they blended their own.

S

It’s made for them by Dolahkia.

S

Thanks stitch

I also like SG Black Coffee but I’ve blended it with Jaxons Cafe Cremé which, to me, makes it even nicer. If you should consider doing this, just be careful and do not add to much of the Jaxons. I’ve also mixed Black Coffee with a bit of Toque Chocolate and Toque Cherry and it’s also very nice. But then, all snuff is good, some only more so than others!! I LOVE SNUFF!!!

S

Thanks Pieter

S

I got a tin of Irish Coffee in my Wilson’s gift pack. It’s the only Wilson’s I’ve tried that I really don’t like. I wonder if I will ever like it or if it’s just too wierd. Haven’t heard a whole lot of good on this one.

N

Hi ejacerooni, Bespoke Coffee is a ‘bespoke’ Snuff Store blend, we have it in stock again. There may be another coffee blend available soon… One of the brands I’m trying to get hold of do a ‘Irish Cream’ blend of snuff. It reminds me a little of Dholakia’s Swiss Chocolate in grind and moisture levels, but it has a creamy coffee scent. Ta-Ta Tim

M

Tim, are you referring to Quit With Snuff’s Irish Coffee? I order some of this and I’m looking forward to trying it. As its a Dholakia product, if the scent is as rich with coffee as Swiss Chocalate is rich with chocolate I’ll be a happy camper.

T

I used to say Wow! Coffee Bite, but I got a sampler smashbox of Dholakia Limited Edition Coffee, and this is awesome!

R

I wonder if the “Dholakia Ltd Ed. Coffee” is the same, as the Dholakia Coffee Cream being offered regularily by snuffstore.de?

X

@ Red Star: Looking at your snuffreviwes record, I’m sure you’ll let us know. Or you can just ask Namrata.

R

Unfortunately, I haven´t ordered any of the Dholakia Limiteds at nic rush. So I think asking Namrata is the only way to find out.

X

Are they sold out of that one? If so I know somone here who stocked up on them.

R

No, but +20€ p&p for every order is a bit too much to keep ordering from the States too often. Which is quite a shame, as I´m very satisfied with Tom´s service. Some parcels arrived faster than from the UK.

T

For those interested in larger quantities of Samuel Gawith Coffee, you can order small (250g) or large (500g) drums of it from My Smoking Shop or direct from SG. I just ordered a small drum direct from them this week

T

If I recall correctly, I had a little sampler bottle of Dholakia Coffee Cream, and I believe it was the same as Wow! Coffee Bite. The Limited Edition is different.

R

The Dholakia Coffee Cream is really quite different from the WOW Coffee Bite, although I like them both very much.

T

Hmmm, maybe I didn’t try it, but I since traded it off… oh well.
