Just wondering which bullet gives the best size and has best functionability/ I own a plastic one and get a decent amount and it makes snuffing very easy. Toque Snuffs ( Original, St. Clements and Grapefruit all fill well ) and they dont seem to clog the bullet. Wondering which you guys prefer if you use a bullet, for whatever reason. I notice Nic Rush has a nice looking bullet which either delivers a small or large dose based on how you turn the device. But its 20 bucks… just looking for some input.

I haven’t had much luck with bullets so I am using the cheap snuff spoon from SnuffStore. My fat fingers can’t seem to do a proper pinch.

Well I like pinching but it seems my pinches are only a lil smaller than what i get from my bullet which is a cheap plastic one but it delivers a decent amount, especially with med/fine snuffs. Moist snuffs are just not even worth trying to use in a bullet. It seems like when i pinch, I get a lil more but make a mess and sometimes sniff too hard and it goes just a tad too far up. My bullet allows me to get a nice and somewhat avg amount of snuff pleasantly in my nose without the bad drain i get sometimes. Plus i dont get brown powder on my shirt when at work.

I use a pen cap at home, and pinch in the car.

Ive had several from the posh to plastic jobs, I love the idea but they just don’t deliver enough for me. Just about ok with a fine dry snuff but with anyhting else its just too small a dose

Carol the pen cap idea is great. I think you posted it somewhere else on the forum and I started using it with finer ground snuffs and those like F&T that are harder to pinch from the tin. It works great and is always right there on the desk

I have plastic and I have the metal one from Nicotine Rush. All don’t give me the dose I want. Pinching is where it is at.

So, how much bigger of a dose would you like? Suggestions?

I use the Posh Bullet whilst out dog walking and its great for a short walk but for a day at work i would need a bandolier full of them.

I use a grassleaf bullet. Never had a problem with it.

A pinch size hit would be nice.

@nightcap: Is the Grassleaf Bullet the same as the POSH bullet?

I have some metal ones and several from Toque. I think the ones from Toque give a pretty good size dose (for my tastes at least) and the metal ones seem to deliver just a tad more (almost too much). I tend to sniff right out of the bullet when using the Toque version and tap the snuff on the back of my hand when using the metal ones. I guess it is all just matter of what works for each person.

I would like a bullet that delivers a dose twice the size of a Dholakia bullet. Also, apart from the small pinch that you get, you often get nothing at all which I assume is through the snuff clumping together. I think they are probably only viable for a decent hit by using the fine dry snuffs.

I wonder if a bullet could be used with just dumping it upside down in the nose without sniffing it? I have a Zuka, I’ll try this when I get home. I am trying to figure out a way to use snuff without sniffing. The shove it up method is OK, but I think maybe an applicator of some type might be better. I wish I could get an automatic box.

tom502, you can try using a neti pot. By just tilting your head sideways, you should be able to get the snuff in your nose without sniffing.

a) put your dose in a straw. b) have your wife put the straw in your nostril and blow. c) ??? d) profit hmm. I bet I could rig this up, actually, to work with a homemade elastic-powered air-cannon. look for a thread about it, or else maybe an obituary.

i always tweek the metal ones to my likings ,u can do wonders with a dremel tool

What i need is a metal lathe with some metal stock, then i could manufacture a bullet the size of a 50 cal casing…

@nosechaw. I drill my metal bullets out on my drill press. MUCH better! 25 percent bigger hit.

Yep, said it a million times, they are simply head shop coke bullets which is why they are useless. The producers of these things just saw a nice opening with snuff I guess…

Snuff retailers saw the market for them and adapted them for snuff use. Head shops simply labeled them “snuff” bullets to get around the law. Same reason bongs are “water” pipes or “tobacco” pipes.

and i see it opposite ,id rather have a smaller bump and do it 3 times and be comfortable than have a huge bowl and be afraid to use it .if its to big u cant put any toasts or scotches in it and not blow a head gasket in ur sinuses.thats why i have differant sizes for differant snuffs.the shmaltzler bullet is reamed out.the spanish gem one is normal,and the toaster bullet is 1/3 filled with crazy glue and polished .

When I get christmas break off from college and go back to work at the old steel factory, I plan to make some different bullets. I work there as a maintenance machinist, and looking at the different bullets it looks easy enough to make one from scratch.

I bet you’d have a few takers if you could make a super bullet! I’ve nearly given up on mine, I just use the glass vial as a tap-out container and use a clean, modified earplug as a stopper. I leave the bullet part in the desk.

I don’t doubt that people use bullets for coke. But most bullets hold 5g’s easy. Sounds expensive to fill no?

Dunno, an 8 ball is 3.5 grams, so that would fill it for the most part.

I remember I was in The Road Show (a little head shop in Roseville, MI) some years ago. Now they had the biggest assortment of bongs, water pipes, one-hitters, and other teahead paraphernalia you ever saw. This guy comes in and asks, “Say, where are your weed pipes?” The clerk (without batting an eye), says “Sorry sir, these pipes are for tobacco use only.” The GUY…wait for it…LEAVES.

@ cstokes4 is that so? 3.5 grams eh? sound liek ya know what you are talking about there. but seriously, i ahve a few of the acrylic/glass ones from nic rush, and i liek them jsut fine. i got a black one for my Fubar Grunt, a green one for the Medic, and a clear one to alternate between R&R and shot of rum and garret and anyhting else really. grunt and medic being my current staples

Wait for. Did anyone ask how much that 3.5 grams costs. The person who can name that off the top of thier head (unless their like me and say more then it’s ever gonna be worth) that’s the one I’am a little scared of.
