So I ran out of snuff yesterday, and today determined to find more, I stumbled into a smoke shop, and asked the guy if he has any nasal snuff. He says “Oh, they don’t make that stuff anymore, but here’s what I have left” And points to a tin of W.E. Scotch, and these little vials of “Aristocrat” Idk why, but I paid 7 dollars for around 2g of Apricot, and looking around online I cannot find any info on this brand?

Name, of the store I don’t know. But it was near the Pike Place market in Seattle, WA. I will get a better photo of the back, later. Recovering from a rough night… (Drank way too much)
It looks to me like the address at the bottom is a PO Box in Nashville, although the box numbers and city name are somewhat obscured. Perhaps one of the domestic companies is rolling out a “Euro” line?

Very fine, a lot finer than the only other 2 I’ve had (new to snuff). Apricot seems quite “fake” and it is slightly mentholated. Flavor sticks around for a little while and eases away from the fake apricot smell to a more “real” one after about a minute.
Aristocrat Snuff was the private label of Music City Marketing, a wholesale distributor that (I think) is based out of Tennessee. It was bulk snuff manufactured by Villiger/Stokkebye, who got rid of their snuff holdings back in the early 90’s, so that makes your purchase about 20 years old.

Probably explains why it only seems slightly mentholated. I can only imagine it was mentholated to hell like the Pöschl’s, and lost that over time.
