Ummmmm no. It sucks. I feel your pain. Welcome to the US. Where they keep you hooked on cigarettes and try to tell you how to live your life. They try to keep things away from you. Like things that can help you quit smoking… In the US, Pharmaceutical companies and the like love their money and will do ANYTHING including LYING- to keep making their money. See, its okay for the government to lie to you- but its ILLEGAL for you to lie to them. I say we overthrow our government and start moving snuff. LOL!

@transistor, did you see where the FDA has given up trying to regulate ecigs as drug delivery devices? A small win for ecig users, but it remains to be seen whether PACT will now come into play for our supplies… For me and I suspect many others, the long wait for shipment of snuff from overseas is a much bigger issue than the shipping cost. You can spread that out over a nice large order and have lots of snuff to dig into!
@ddavelarsen yeah I did thats a trip! Oh I’m sure PACT will- and thats probably exactly why they did that. I’m sorry but I see no good coming out of those bastards at all when it comes to ecigs. Only vested interest… they want a piece of the pie. “FDA approved” doesn’t mean what it used to anymore…
I read about the ecig win. I’m also suspicious of the FDA statement that dissolvables are not currently regulated and implied a green light for their continued distribution. Big pharm doesn’t want competition for their gum, patches and other offerings. I cannot see FDA ignoring this. I suspect they will torpedo regulate the dissolvables and ecigs all at once. They killed ephedra supplements that way.
I agree with overthrowing our government but not just for the cause of legalizing snuff selling online… however that would be one of the first things I’d change… along with free medical care for everyone.
