Just wondering if its the same good old Rooster with the strong nicotine hit as in days of old ?

Well, I do it all the time, but my entire stock was purchased pre-PACT, so I can’t speak to that which Mr Snuff has. That being said, I highly doubt that it’s different now than it was then.
