If so, are there any that are reputable for online orders?
my bad, cig orders I don’t think so. Didn’t PACT make that illegal?
lilbrown does have some snuff, snus and pipe tobacco. Their prices on General and Ashton are quite good.
Yep, I’ve used lil brown before. I was looking at smokes-spirits.com and sites like that. They look shady.
smoke-spirits still lists some snuff, but won’t ship it. They haven’t updated their site in a very long time. You will get a human on the phone if you call. I was trying to get some Kentucky Twist from them a year ago and they wouldn’t do it.
International or within the US?
within the states
Bummer.
Thanks for the info.
If your smoking cigs, and want to save some money, source a lb of American Club pipe tobacco. It is pipe tobacco only in name(and to avoid the taxes), and is cut and smokes just like RYO, no heavy flavors. I can get it from the Indian Reservation for like $9 a pound.
If you buy a native american brand of cigarettes (such as Seneca or some other brand name) you might be ok… The Indian Nations MIGHT very well be exempt from the Pact Act. Then again… they might not.
If you buy a commercial brand without a tax stamp on it, you are making yourself liable for all sorts of problems with the ATF Bureau (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.) Especially if it is being delivered by the US Postal Service.
Not looking for cigs but since some of the reservation sites offer US Snuffs…
We have a rez about 80 miles from here. Cartons of Senecas run about 17$. A lot of people make runs to pick em up. I don’t know about snuff, nor have I gone myself to see how they operate.
When I lived on a rez there was basically a fireworks stand that sold smokes just cheap enough for you to drive out there to get them. I couldn’t say if they carried snuff as I wasnt into it at the time.
My assumption is that they are not exempt from the PACT act as they voiced strong opinions against it. A little googling and you can find their arguments.
