NO I love it just the way it is.Don’t mess with perfection. If you want to improve something why don’t you work on giving the toasts some character. They are like attic dust without any toast attributes. No creaminess,No leatheriness and No nuttiness No smokiness not salty or sweet. I find no pleasure using any of the toasts you offer.
Try mixing it with toque chocolate. It makes them both better
Using flue cured Virginia varietals would be something. Then again the character of your tobacco is what a lot of us appreciate. The grind as I have suggested before could stand to be a bit more gros. Very fine grinds are difficult for novice snuffers.
@TomStrausbourg - Are you suggesting a merger between Dholakia and Toque?
I didn’t realize that Manit was a rep from dholakia. I suppose it should have been obvious since the post said help improve the products and all that. Personally I get too much of the base tobacco on the Swiss chocolate. It’s like grunt with some really good chocolate. This might just be the batch I received, but either way I’d rather see a new chocolate snuff alongside the Swiss chocolate than for the Swiss chocolate to be radically altered. I like grunt so maybe I’ll learn to love it’s more chocolatey counterpart. In the meanwhile I can have the best of both worlds by mixing it with toque chocolate. This makes a sweet, very rich chocolate snuff with a bit of that base tobacco in the background instead of upfront. If there was a snuff by Dhoque or Tolakia I’d have to try though.
Please do not mess with the Swiss Chocolate. I don’t think it could get any better than it is right now. [-(
I haven’t tried much else of the dholakia range but I would say don’t make any changes with ganga for one thing and don’t add or subtract menthol from FUBAR RnR.
Only thing I can say is make it a little less fine. The scent and experience is great as it is.
Thanks guys for your suggestion and recommendation.
@basement_shaman thanks for the suggestion I will pass this message to our research department

LOL I reminds me of somthing I said a while ago that came off in a bad way. Nevermind that though; what I want to try now is this Swiss chocolate that you claim is so nice. Its on my list now
Ditto on don’t change a thing. I haven’t tried it yet but from everything I hear about it I want to try it as is and will put it on my next order, lol.
They have a research department? Love to hear what they were thinking about the Toasts! And while I am on that subject, maybe the research department can discover how to make the original batch Grunt! That needs some serious research! I keep loving and raving about the original batch, everyone keeps buying the three subsequent batches and going, Huh? Then when I send them some of the original they go, Oh! Maybe that was just one special tobacco year! Happens.
@Manit_Joshi - It’s possible to have selected snuffhouse members to be your sampling panel. To review improvements on product lines or when testing new products before they hit the market. We are your customers and what better proving grounds ,rather then paid employees that may be bias to keep their jobs pass through on a product that is a loser.
I too would have to not to mess with the Swiss Chocolate recipe. @Manit_Joshi Really I wish you luck on having a more international presence with your snuffs. With most countries passing more anti smoking laws I can see snuff becoming more popular than anyone can imagine. I have tried most of the snuffs your company makes and the majority of them are excellent. Good luck.
@basement_shaman I loved your suggestion. In this way we could know exactly about the needs of our customers. I would surely pass this suggestion to our top-management team.
@Whalen thanks for the suggestion we will do our best to satisfy our customers needs your comments are highly appreciate.
I just want to say thank you for using this outlet to ask about products. Thank you for caring about your customers and I’ve had the pleasures of sampling your products in the past. Still have the unique stitched envelope saved.
@Manit_Joshi -Yea some people’s job is marketing and get paid tons of money, I am only a humble slave to snuff and do it at no charge
