I moved from Massachusetts to Arizona approximately six months ago. I brought my snuff collection with me, however, sooner or later I know that I am going to require another order from an online snuff vendor. The issue then becomes that Arizona state law indicates: "Pursuant to A.R.S 36-798.06 (“Delivery Sales Statute”) it is unlawful for any person, other than a person licensed under A.R.S. § 42-3201, or a retailer ordering from a person so licensed, to order or purchase, or cause to be ordered or purchased, a tobacco product via mail, phone, the Internet, or any electronic means (except for pipe tobacco and cigars). Simply put, under this law, Arizona consumers must buy tobacco products in a face-to-face transaction at a retail establishment " (https://www.azag.gov/tobacco/laws). How are all you snuffers from Arizona coping with this oppressive piece of state legislation? I really need to place an order with Mr. Snuff in the near future or find a brick and mortar store that stocks silver dollar or American Dry Snuffs.
I’m in Mesa az I’ve orders fr me snuff with no prob takes about 10 days inless something’s changed been awhile but Djs smoke shop carry scotches and I’ve got a few that will order garret 6 oz get back for more info and ps this is such a great group of friends

Thanks for the information. Specially considering that I am new to the state. I will at some point have to check out Dj’s, however, considering that you have had no issues I am thinking that I may take my chances with ordering online. Also, does Dj’s carry Silver Dollar by any chance? Because if I am in the area and they do, I would certain stop to get some. Overall, thank you very much for your response and input. Great to know that I am not the only snuff user in the state.

Well my hypothesis is that is on the basis of tax revenue. A lot of people who smoke cigarettes or dip are typically are addicted to tobacco (not everyone of course), therefore, the state generates more tax revenue . Whereas pipes and cigar smokers tend to be more casual tobacco users. Excellent observation. Maybe may hypothesis has some validity, however, how can anyone truly understand what is going on in the minds of bureaucrats that pass and formulate tobacco legislation in the United States.
Well i’m from tucson and i’ve been placing orders with no issues from mr snuff. a lot of online stores won’t ship to az because of the taxes on the tabak but i think some places calc that in. who knows maybe i’m talking out my snuff hole but i’ve had no issues with my orders. generally they arrive in 7 - 14 days depending on the hold up with customs and or holidays. recently placed two orders back to back totalling almost 500g’s. so hello all you az snuffers and know that a few head shops do carry snuff and snuff and snuff accessories. And order from mistersnuff.com they have good selection and decent shipping rates oh and top notch customer service if you ever have any issues. I know all you will find in flagstaff or tucson is silver dollar. so hello and nice to meet you everybody.
