Some of you probably already know this trick, but I just now found out about it. Rhythmically push between eyebrows and push tongue sharply against palate. Apparently it gently moves the Vomer bone and allows sinuses to open up a bit. Its said that after about 20 or 30 seconds of this you should start to feel sinuses start to drain. I has a friend who was a Russian ballerina. She said they were taught to do that while leaning forward (standing) and rhythmically sticking your tongue out and down. I had her do it for me. A Kodak moment, for sure.
