For anyone who is interested. I know some peoples first snuff was W.E. GARRETT & SONS  or some of the other brands. After reading some of the discussion’s here, there has been some requests for them. There is a site in the US called Smoke Spirits  https://www.smokes-spirits.com/

You can order on line and get these seem hard to find snuffs. My first snuff was  W.E. GARRETT & SONS and even though for my major enjoyment I use

European snuffs, I still like a little of  W.E. GARRETT & SONS just for old times.

Good to know about, especially if you go through a lot (looks like you have to buy in 12 packs).

Not illegal, just very cumbersome.   I believe the PACT Act covers only cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.  Requires age verification for purchase / delivery, collection of state taxes and no shipping via the USPS.   Most vendors just got out of that business rather than deal with the headaches.

Certain Indian reservations can sell tobacco because by treaty they are not subject to some federal laws in the USA.

Thanks! Great link! Not sure what the taxes and shipping are but its good to know there is a place to buy a few of these in the US. lil brown smoke shack sells WE garrett in singles but comes out to something like $15-20+(if you only order 1) after the fees.
