After a few months away from dear Snuffhouse, I’ve returned as life was good, and I had no questions or queries requiring the time of this forums fine members. But now, a problem arises. I have recently gained full time employment, a goal I’ve sought for the past three years. the problem? I’m so utterly unused to the periods I’m working I’ve been blowing through my stock of american snuffs like theres no tomorrow, and I need to restock. The last time I was here, new laws were forcing the american snuff business overseas. I’ve no idea if they’ve re-established themselves yet or what sites they’re available on. This humble Fatman asks, could somebody link me to a site or sites that sells American snuff, if indeed they are back and running? I need a lot more FUBAR and other essentials or else I’ll end up falling apart at work, not the best way to go a few months into a job. TL;DR? American snuffs, what sites can I get them on?
Mr. Snuff. <----- Look here (third one down, actually). Edited: It’s more expensive because he has to import it from the states. Then ship it back here.
nicotinerush is open till they run out, so i suggest u hit that up. mr. snuff will still ship thru america, (just placed an order myself)
Good luck with your employment! You can still trade privately in US and order from overseas.
I would have also said Tom’s place too, but I thought he was entirely done at 4PM EST yesterday.
Where do you live, fatman?
If you’re in the American south or southwest, domestic Scotches are fairly easy to find. Supermarkets and Tobacconists often carry at least a couple varieties.
I live in the UK, which is why it’s somewhat more difficult for me to get ahold of American snuffs. I just checked Mr Snuff and every weight of FUBAR Grunt has sold out. I know its stupid to develop a craving for one of the most popular snuffs out there, but does anything know where else this is sold, IF it is?
FU-BAR! FU-BAR! FU-BAR! the mob is growing restless for the FUBAR.

I just saw grunt available on the website Dave. Is that a mistake?
Ok, that’s weird, out of stock showing now,WTF over.
snuff fever.
I wouldn’t categorize FUBAR as an American snuff.
and I agree with Juxtaposer, FUBAR may be made for the American market, but its an Indian made snuff and has no real similar characteristics with an American scotch
There is nothing convoluted about importing tobacco to make snuff, nor importing a finished snuff product. It’s the marketing that messes things up a bit. American snuffs have names like Honest, Square, and Standard. Fucked Up Beyond All Repair is a bit gimmicky but I guess this is a new day and age. The snuff is fantastic by the way. I can just avoid embarrassment by not using the name of it in mixed company. If I were to classify this snuff myself I would be putting it under German style snuff. Go figure. A German style snuff made in India sold by an American company exported out of Europe snuffed by a South African.
Yes, but American snuffs are actually Scotch snuffs. John Garrett was a colonial entrepeneur, bringing the Scottish stye of snuffmaking to America. His son is Levi (classic Old testament name for a Scots Presbyterian) and grandson William E. are the ones whose names stuck. Also be mindful that the Scotch style was borrowed from the Irish (as many things were) and toasts were once common in Scotland. Also the American snuff Maccoboy owes its roots to the French West Indies (Macouba, Martinique). Red Seal was a name borrowed from the Swedish Roda Lacket. This can get as convoluted as you like or as simple as you like. I don’t care so much as find it somewhat interesting.
“Also be mindful that the Scotch style was borrowed from the Irish (as many things were) and toasts were once common in Scotland.” That’s correct. Even the name ‘Scotland’ is derived from the fierce red-haired Irish ‘Scotti (Scoti)’ who conquered and settled the west coast in the 6th and 7th centuries. Their Irish Gaelic kingdom of Dalriada also included county Antrim in Northern Ireland.
A history lesson? In MY thread? Well, whatever. Now I’m huddled in a corner, rolling back and forth in despair because I still havent been paid. I’ve whipped out my 250g jar of Dholakia White to sustain me, not the sanest idea when your work clothes are black.
Mountain bikes were born in America. Today 97% of those bikes are manufactured in Thaiwan. They all have a nice sticker on them which says " Designed in America". There is also a SMALL sticker, hidden away, which says “Made in Thaiwan”. My new car, which is pure FORD, was manufactured in India. People look down on these cars because it “comes from India”. But in South Africa cars are built by native Africans. I prefer a car which “comes from India”!
My favorite is on the back of my $300 iPod: “Designed in California, Assembled in China”
Like California is it’s own country now. They are unique out there. back to the Fubar, it doesn’t matter where it’s made, where it’s sold, the concern is WHEN DOES IT GET HERE?!?!?!?
