Hello all. I hail from Columbus, Ohio here in the USA. For anyone else in the Columbus area, check out the Tobacco Discounters store in Graceland Shopping Center, on South High St. They sell a whole variety of American scotch snuffs, like Honey Bee, Navy, Tube Rose, etc. So far I have only opened my 1.5 oz tap box of Navy Sweet Scotch. Personally I find it extremely pleasant. As a very new snuffer, its easy to sniff too far and get the Navy hitting the throat, but if that is avoided then you have a light, sweet snuff with a good nic hit and low price. I also found that the fine grind helps clear my nose and sinuses. While there, I also picked up some Dental Scotch and Honey Bee – which I will post reviews of after I get to try them! So lucky. When I was a kid I had a grocery store job and we stocked all those but all I was interested in were the strongest possible cigs and the dips that produced the most spit. Now here I am all into snuff and have order it!
@Jackie head on south towards campus. Smokers Haven on High close to Hudson carries 6 or so of the Toque snuffs and some Swedish snus. Tell 'em Mick sent ya, (they love hearing that). Prices are a bit higher than online, but it’s local so factor in taxes and overhead.

@ericthered Yeah definitely check out Tobacco Discounters. They have tons of American snuff along with pretty much every tobacco product one could imagine, for ridiculously low prices.
@ericthered, TinderBox in Easton has snus and Silver Dollar snuff, cheaper than SH.

You might want to try American Peach. Superior is the strongest I have had so far being 100% tobacco
Where at in the US can someone buy Three Thistle Snuff locally? It doesn’t appear anywhere in the south.
@hooked I was able to get Three Thistle Strong locally (Delaware) but not 3T Sweet. I have four stores in the area with decent selections, I haven’t been to the fourth in awhile but the other three shops don’t have it now. Between the four shops I can come up with 17 different scotches. Keep your eyes on the buy-sell-trade thread. I’ll post it there when I find some. I’m looking to trade for Starr, which I can’t find here.
Dover bound 
@Mike B. That’s possible but Whalen lives on the far side of Maryland and buys his scotches in West Virginia. I bought snuff in Baltimore and in Ocean City, but nothing I could not also find here. P.S. Do you want your name modified so that you can get @ notifications properly? @MattheFox let me know what you come up with in Dover. Food Lions and Cigarette Outlets have been my best sources so far.

@Jackie_Bones I checked out Tobacco Discounters today and bought a few snuffs. Sadly they didn’t have Navy plain, which I was looking for, and they had more sweet scotches than plain, still I got some Tube Rose, Dental, Buttercup and a stray tin of De Voe. Also they have Bruton! Good to know a local stockist of American snuffs.
