Im only asking because I’m familiar with pure cellulose powder, and this snuff feels nearly identical. Light, almost rubbery. Holds its shape when compressed, with the consistency of a dense sponge. So, is this an additive in their snuff?

pure cellulose powder cost about $18 dollars a lb. I think it an anti caking ingredient. You can get whole leaf tobacco for $12 an Lb, Wether he uses it that is the question only he can answer.
