Hi all, I wanted to pass on how I modified my bullet. I used my dremel tool but a drill will work just fine. I found a drill bit that fit the “fill hole” and just drilled it all the way through. This way I can twist so the hole mates with the snuff chamber and fill the whole chamber without have to reload it three or four times before I snuff. You just have to remember that the little arrow will now have to be in the perpendicular position for the chamber to be closed. Works like a charm and no more twisting, tapping, twisting, tapping to fill the chamber. Hope this is useful. One more thing: I lubricate my o-ring with chapstick.

Thanks for this. I’m breaking out the dremel TONIGHT!!

@joesnuffer Slow speed and steady hand does the trick. Plenty of material is left to maintain structural integrity and I can fill the chamber in 3 shakes.

Nice one BigDaddy. That is thinking outside the box!

If Dave’s @mrsnuff alter ego had said that it would have made the out of context hall of fame…

I’ve done something simlar to this. I just bore out the chamber a little though so it holds a little more snuff. I only use bullets when I’m driving most of the time, as trying to prepare a boxcar bump while driving with your knees is apparently frowned upon in the residential areas and school zones in my area. Bloody fascists.

One more thing: I lubricate my o-ring with chapstick.

Um. TMI, dude.

@Johnny_Dingo =))

Another little pointer: If you’re drilling or modifying plastic with a Dremmel, make sure that you use a LOW setting. Otherwise you will wind up with a lovely lump of melted plastic which is utterly useless for taking snuff.

B

@Johnny_Dingo Yeah I had it on the lowest setting and drilled in small increments to let the plastic cool down.
