if i scent one of mysnuff cans that are full of unscented sniff would it be medicated because scented it wwith mint?

No, but it will hydrate and add a touch of mint scent. Medicated usually involves menthol crystals, eucalyptus ,camphor, pine , mint, Oils or extracts.[not all of the above] You would need a lot of mint to make it medicated. You could call it medicated if you want I won’t call the snuff police.
