I just received a set of small jars of 6 Photo snuffs after trying Kailash in my last order and loving it. Last night I tried the Anarkali (which I may review later), I gave Medicated No. 6 a toot just now. I popped off the lid and saw a medium ground, moist, golden-brown snuff. I didn’t give it much of a preliminary sniff before scooping it onto the back of my hand and snuffing it up. The first thing that hit me was a gentle to medium menthol (somewhere between Sparrow Cool and Ozona President, for some point of referrence), quickly followed by musk/perfume scent similar to Kailash and Anarkali, but significantly toned down. At this point, it was almost love at first sniff, but then it started to turn on me quickly. A strong talcum powder scent emerged and put me right off, unfortunately. I don’t know if it’s because I associate it with diaper changing or if it’s just a scent that doesn’t suit my palate, but it spoiled the aroma for me. Fortunately, it had gotten my nose running pretty well (as all menthols tend to do, not that I mind it) and I was able to honk it out fast. A little disappointed, but looking forward to trying Super Kailash and Special later this evening.

Out of their three medicated, I find the 66 is most appealing . Special is top of the list for effectiveness and scent with ordinary Kailash right behind.

The No.6 is my favorite of the 6P menthol line. It is very unique with its exotic spice undertones with a decent menthol hit. The other 2 are very good also.

I just tried the No. 66 for the first time and believe this may be moving towards to the top of my favorite medicated list. I am very, very, very pleaded with myself for ordering 2 30g tins from MrSnuff- despite knowing little about this one.
