I’m filling my head with both Bernard Aecht Altbayerischer and Otto Schmalzler today. I’m really settling on these as my go-to snuffs and tend to be using one of them around 80-90% of the time at the moment.

Homemade Scotch, dry and coarse, made following the instructions posted in Old Snuff Recipes thread last May (https://snuffhouse.com/discussion/12151/old-snuff-recipes). One recipe gives three very different snuffs, all you need to do is to reduce moisture of finished snuff and grind it down to a fine powder (for fine dry Scotch), or to dial up the moisture to 35% and give it additional week to turn it to KB-style snuff. But definitely try it as it is before making further changes. It’s good!

Toque Spanish Gem, mixing with a little Quit from this morning and a post-lunch session of Berwick Brown from this afternoon, a very Toque-heavy day for me today!
