Actually, my homemade madras toasted in oven was pretty good, I run out of it quickly. The commercial toasts I tried so far just feels like a chimney dust to me, too smokey

@Johano You’re right that toasts can be too smoky. The first tin of HDT I ever had was buttery, nutty, and only had the faintest hint of smoke. I’ve been chasing that perfect batch ever since.
