@vmank1q I don’t mean to be patronizing, but did you remove the spaces from the email?  Dave wrote support @ mrsnuff.com but if you copy that directly it will bounce back due to the spaces.

The site just finished a major revamp, so maybe that’s it? I’d go the FB route. Always worked better for me.

@vmank1q if you are Darren then Emma is on it. She is trying to find your order but since it was from a year and a half ago she is having difficulty locating it. She is waiting to hear back from tech who are digging into old records. We have changed platforms and servers in the meantime so it is not a quick task.

If you can remember what it was you ordered and did not receive we will resend or refund - unless of course you did a chargeback in which case she’ll send you some sort of giftcard or other recompense for the hassle.

Received a reply from Emma and we worked it out. Best of luck figuring out the legacy email issue.

If you are able to check back through your emails that would be great. Our problem is we have completely changed hosts/email servers and website platform since you placed your order a year and a half ago. So if you can help out that would be great. Then we will know how much to refund you.

Failing that we’ll give you a credit on the website.

I had that email on the 25th and I wrote back that I don’t have the order number. Okay what am I looking for in my emails? Thanks and sorry to be a bother.

@mrsnuff I would just like a refund on part of the order that I remember ordering. I have emailed Emma the same thing. Thank you.

@mrsnuff Emma gave me a $80 dollar voucher on the site because she couldn’t give me a refund of which I’m grateful. But for me to use that voucher then I have to pay $44 bucks in shipping. Surely that isn’t correct. Also I’m not able to use the voucher towards the shipping. I’ve already paid the shipping before but it wasn’t that much. 

I’m not trying to be awkward, I appreciate the help and the voucher.

I will talk to her also about setting up a shipping code for you. $44 sounds steep it has to be said,. You must have ordered some heavy snuff :). I know that it is a flow through charge. We charge what the post office charges us. Shipping as you know went up massively under Trump when he pulled out of the international postal convention.

@mrsnuff Sorry to keep bothering you. The shipping is still at $44. Could I just get a refund instead? It would would be a lot less hassle. Kind of defeats the purpose if I still have to pay the shipping which I have already paid once before so I’m still out overall. But it wasn’t that much before I’m sure of it to be fair to you.

This is not really the place for back and forth commentary like this tbh. It is not exactly a discussion about snuff, more of me trying to find a resolution for you after 18 months.

That said, I do really want you to be happy. Can you email Emma your order please and ask her to copy me. It just seems really odd that the shipping should be so high. It sounds like a decimal point is out on the weight which I would like to fix.

In any case I will instruct Emma to zero out your shipping (give you a code or whatever we need to do).
