Last week I received the last item on my order from Pipes and Cigars “Bulkathon” that ended months ago. The backordering made it seem like I’d joined a Tobacco of the week club, I loved it. They saved the best for last- Russ’ (Russ’s?) Log Cabin tastes like a breakfast of French toast and maple syrup with bacon and eggs enjoyed next to a crackling fire. Figuratively, of course- nobody wants tobacco that tastes like eggs. It’s delicious, and I love it in this old no-name billiard I found in a box of pipes on ebay. “Rusticated” and colored by yours truly, in case you were wondering why it’s so damn handsome and rugged looking. That jar with all the reflections on it was over half full last week, it’s that good. I also messed with the photo filters just like the kids do on the internet these days, which was actually pretty fun. IMG_1149
