would there be any effect or probably pain and agony from putting things like vitamin e or grape seed extract into snuff ?
any other non-harmful things to enhance snuff or make it more pleasant?
also how can i test pH value of snuff?

Use digital pH meter. You can get one for a price of a snus roll.

I recall another member greasing Sternecker’s ungefetted Fresko with CBD oil and even offering some for trade.
Endless possibilities here. Actually you can combine snuff with just about any substance of your choice. Be careful, though, and do some investigation about interaction or possible synergy.
Due to fair amount of MAOIs (beta-carbolines) nicotiana rustica can be used as entheogen.

I’m sure NTSU, Taxi, Thunder and Neftobak are made of tobacco. No rustica there, just the right pH.
